The Uniting Church commissioned Adentro Design to renovate the three story 1970’s building at Auchenflower. Over several years we renovated the staff cafe, library and level 1 of the building.
In 2023 we were again commissioned to convert level 2 to suit a hybrid working strategy that required a flexible, collaborative, people-centric office space to support this adaptable working model. Our challenge was to ensure that all of the spaces supported and enhanced team relationships, collaboration and productivity. Other key factors were to ensure that noise from flexible community spaces didn’t impact the adjacent bookable workstations. Budget and time restraints were always critical with these projects.
